Who We Are

Highly qualified and motivated professionals

Our family-run business company has a long tradition in the industry. It was founded in 1982 by Joey Lord, who passed the business onto his son, Roberto, in 2005. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service to order to guarantee that all of our clients are 100% satisfied.

  • When we build custom model railroads we will always conduct ourselves in a professional manner, but never forget the hobby of model railroading is all about having fun.
  • We will always produce work that is to the very best of our abilities regardless of the scope of the work.
  • We will charge a fair and competitive price for all our custom model railroads.
  • We will always work in an efficient and timely manner, but never at the expense of quality.
  • We will treat your project and your budget as if it was our own custom model railroad.
  • We will not close the project until we have completely fulfilled the terms of our contract.

"I have been a lifelong model railroad enthusiast building models and custom model railroads since I got my first Christmas train set when I was 9 years old. I am or have been a member of the NMRA, The Jackson Area Model Railroaders in Jackson, Tennessee,  the Eastern Cascades Model Railroad Club in Bend, Oregon, the Amarillo Railroad Museum in Amarillo, Texas, the California Southern Model Railroad Club in Norwalk, California and two now defunct clubs in Phoenix, Arizona".
